The following are the first batch of frequently asked questions for this conference, covering core matters such as manuscript requirements, participation forms, and registration fees. If you have any other questions, you are welcome to contact the conference organizing committee through official channels. More detailed information will be released successively in subsequent notifications.

Q1：会议是否接受中文稿件，还是必须全英文？（Does the conference accept manuscripts written in Chinese, or must they be entirely in English?）

A1：本次会议官方语言为英文，摘要与论文均须以英文撰写，不接受中文或其他语言稿件。（The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts and full papers must be written in English.）

Q2：已发表或正在审稿的论文是否可以投稿？(Can papers that have been published or are under review be submitted?)

A2：会议仅接收原创、未公开发表、不在其他期刊／会议审稿中的英文稿件，已发表或在审稿件不予受理。(The conference only accepts original, unpublished English manuscripts that are not under review by other journals or conferences. )

Q3：参会是否需要缴纳注册费？费用标准是多少？(Is a registration fee required for participation? What is the fee standard?)

A3：参会需缴纳注册费（费用涵盖会议期间的住宿及餐食）。注册费设有早鸟票与普通票两档，具体金额及早鸟截止日期将在后续通知中正式公布。(A registration fee is required (covering accommodation and meals during the conference). Two types of registration rates are available: Early Bird Rate and Regular Rate. The specific amounts and early bird deadline will be officially announced in a later notice.)

Q4：会议是否提供邀请函用于办理签证或出行证明？(Will the conference provide invitation letters for visa applications or travel certification?)

A4：会议将为所有摘要录用作者出具正式邀请函（电子版），可用于签证办理、出行证明及报销使用。（注：中国大陆护照持有人前往泰国目前享有免签政策，具体入境要求建议参会者自行以最新官方信息为准。其他国家护照持有人请自行查阅入境要求。）(The conference will issue official electronic invitation letters to all authors with accepted abstracts. Note: Holders of Chinese mainland passports currently enjoy visa-free entry to Thailand. Participants are advised to check the latest official entry requirements for their own reference. Holders of passports from other countries should consult relevant entry regulations on their own.)

Q5：会议是否支持线上参会，还是必须线下前往泰国？(Does the conference support online participation, or is on-site attendance in Thailand mandatory?)

A5：本次会议为全程线下会议，不设线上参会选项。(This conference will be held entirely in-person, with no online participation option available.)

Q6：摘要被录用后，是否必须参会才能推荐发表？(After an abstract is accepted, is physical attendance required for recommended publication?)

A6：是。作者须本人线下出席会议并完成论文报告，方可进入优秀论文推荐发表流程。(Authors must attend the conference in person and deliver their paper presentation to be eligible for the recommended publication process of outstanding papers.)

Q7：投稿是否有学科、学历、身份限制？(Are there any restrictions on discipline, academic degree, or identity for submissions?)

A7：无严格学科限制，欢迎政治学、国际关系、社会学、跨文化研究、区域研究、语言学等相关领域投稿；面向全球研究生及青年研究者，无学历、身份硬性门槛。(There are no strict disciplinary restrictions.Submissions are welcome from fields including political science, international relations, sociology, cross-cultural studies, area studies, linguistics, and related disciplines.The conference is open to graduate students and young researchers worldwide,with no rigid requirements on academic degree or professional identity.)

Q8：可以多人合作投稿吗？第一作者与通讯作者如何认定？(Is co-authorship allowed? How are the first author and corresponding author determined?)

A8：支持多人合作投稿。作者排序以提交信息为准，第一作者与通讯作者由投稿团队自行确定，会议按提交信息登记。(Co-authored submissions are permitted. Author order will be based on the submitted information.The first author and corresponding author are designated by the contributing team, and the conference will register authors according to the submitted details.)

Q9：会议是否提供发票、报销凭证相关材料？(Will the conference provide invoices or supporting documents for reimbursement?)

A9：会议将为缴费作者提供正规财务凭证及相关报销材料。(The conference will provideformal financial receipts and relevant reimbursement materials to registered authors who have paid the fee.)

Q10：会议是否提供会议论文集或出版证明？(Will the conference provide conference proceedings or publication certificates?)

A10：会议将为参会作者提供正式出版证明与会议证书，优秀文章将被推荐至会议合作英文期刊予以发表。(The conference will provideofficial publication certificates and conference certificatesto participating authors. Outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in English journals cooperating with the conference.)
